Gamification for Education Sponsored Microsoft
Gamification is defined as “the application of game-design elements and game principles in non-game contexts”. So, how are you and your team going to help people learn in a fun way? Maybe they have to sort through trash and recycling as it falls from the top of a building into the correct bins. Maybe it’s about having the user design a car to race and see how choices like speed, weight, energy type, etc. impact their carbon footprint. The possibilities are endless, but regardless of what you want to help people learn, you will help leave a lasting impact on the world. If you are looking for some existing inspiration, check out Microsoft MakeCode or a little game that you may have heard of called Minecraft.
Each member will receive an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate & LinkedIn Learning Membership. As a team: $1,000 USD to be donated to an approved charity of their choice to support our joint initiative – social good!
